TRAVEL POLICY

After 30 mile round trip from Elyria, Ohio, each mile is $0.55.

Client covers costs for

all traveling expenses including:

Toll fees

Parking tickets/fees

Plane ticket + expenses

Hotel/overnight stay

All expenses must be paid upfront.

HOLIDAY POLICY

CANCELLATIONs

No call no shows will be charged for full amount of service requested.

25% fee of total amount when booking on a holiday.

We understand that unanticipated events can take place in anyone’s life. You may cancel at anytime, however, no refunds will be issued.

In the event that an artist is unable to perform services for any unforeseeable reason, deposits will be refunded.

BRIDES/EVENTS: To secure the date, a 50% non refundable deposit of total amount is required. Remainder of balance is due 7 days before secured date.

INDIVIDUALS: To secure your appointment, a $25 deposit is required at time of booking. Remainder amount is due upon appointment.
