PLEASE READ

✧ A service agreement form must be filled out and signed before each service.

✧ To reserve your time, a 50% deposit must be made at time of reservation. Remainder is due on or before day of service.

✧ For BRIDES and BRIDAL PARTIES, a 50% non-refundable deposit must be made. The remainder amount is due 7 days before the wedding. Each bride will have a mandatory trial before the wedding.

✧ Further than a 30 mile round trip from Elyria, Ohio will be charged $0.55 per mile.

✧ All toll fees, parking tickets/fees, plane ticket and expenses, hotel/overnight stay expenses are covered by client. If not payed for upfront, an invoice will be sent out within a week after services rendered.
